Congrats to Reagan Woomer, who concluded his career in the 400m finals at the IHSA Class 1A State Final Meet, where he achieved two milestones! 💪 He placed sixth and earned All-State honors! 💪 With a time of 49.79, he set a new record for the sixth time! #WeAreMD proud!

Track season is about being fresh & fast during championship season! Today we got back into practice with simple 40yd dash & fly 10. Our 4x1 team that smashed their School record two days ago all ran PRs in 40 & two ran PR's in the fly 10, the other 2 were w/in .02 ⚡⚡⚡⚡
