@Claire_R123 @SpcialNdsJungle Interesting - I used the ‘vicious cycle’ illustration in a review of speech and language therapy services some years ago! A paradigm where SLT services can only work at ‘specialist’ level drives demand for EHCPs & prevents the development of an impactful whole system
