Strong session this morning with Marietta Zissimatos and Gary Avery from @OptimusHealthCT on redesigning patient access with interoperable AI front call center agents. Gary put it plainly: patients who can't get through will go somewhere else for their care. For Optimus, that meant working with Commure as a strategic AI partner to: - Improve the patient experience - Reduce call abandonment - Improve scheduling efficiency - Increase provider schedule fill rates and utilization The key takeaway for anyone responsible for implementing AI: success requires strong operational design and early involvement from the teams who actually run the workflows. Technology matters, but alignment is what drives results.
