I have been trying to get Computershare to help me for months. I call and get people that can only help with "general inquiries" and their supervisors won't call back because they're always busy. When I finally got a supervisor on the phone they insisted 'this' would fix the issue but what they did was create a new account and send the new statement snail mail to the address on file, which wasn't correct address for statements to go to... To fix that, I'd need to write a letter of intent and change the address and start over again. Meanwhile they dropped an important tax identifier when they insisted on changing the account name/number and address twice. I'm certain they will need to change everything a third time and send another letter into the random void and I'll have to mail them more letters of intent. I'm not even sure if the warrants have followed the shares while Computershare has been absolutely &#@$'ing this situation up worse than I started.

If you can avoid @Computershare , do it. They never solve a problem, you don't have access to what belong to you, and they are slow in a world that changes fast

@Computershare Can you not just have a simple email address for your customers? You email us from a noreply and have no contact email anywhere, why would you do this it is so frustrating in 2026 we have to phone a machine and hold to get info😭🤯, even the so called Help bot can't help
