Each time I passed I pointed out what he did right, I didn’t focus on how far behind or how unfocused he was. EVERYDAY. Days passed. Smiles formed. Work got done.This week He made a 100 on a test & told me after months of sadness he finally felt happy @calder_road @lead4ward
