@SharonSantry @GreenDotBank I found a way to get my money out, I was able to use venmo and send my money to a friend and he was able to transfer the money to his account and withdraw it for me

@GreenDotBank How do we protect ourselves from fraud from you? I can’t access my money you are holding and there is no response in any of your support options. My credit is plummeting because you aren’t doing anything.

@GreenDotBank Green dot support is anything but that, for the second day now I get no response from the so called “chat with us” and the same trying to call. No messages or anything saying they are experiencing heavy call volumes just horrible music until you finally get disconnected.

@GreenDotBank Nope try again my card is still being declined and now I have late payments on my credit. Nobody answering phones or chat help in app.
