The fifth property of a @ritualnet Agent: Web2-interoperability. Ritual aims to be the schelling point between Web2 and Web3, and that is only possible if it enables internet-native capabilities. Web2 interoperability means the agent can natively call APIs, browse websites, use HTTP services, scrape data, authenticate, and interact with the real-world Internet, just like a human does. How Ritual enables it: • HTTP Precompile (0x0801) for direct requests. • Long-Running HTTP (0x0805) for complex sessions & streaming. • Full internet access inside secure TEE containers (for Persistent Agents). Combined with their own keys, wallet, and memory, Agents are now true bridges between on-chain and off-chain worlds. ❖ Learn more: docs.ritualfoundation.org

The fourth property of a @ritualnet Agent: Financial sovereignty. An agent isn’t truly autonomous if it can’t control its own money. Financial sovereignty means the agent owns and manages its own wallet and capital. It can earn revenue, pay for its own operations, reinvest, and act as a real economic participant, without needing human approval for every transaction. How Ritual enables this: • DKMS-derived keys for self-custody. • Native Wallet: The agent uses the RitualWallet to hold funds and pay for its heartbeat, scheduling, compute, and revival directly from its balance. Once the creator provides initial funding, the agent must generate value to survive. Just as it is in the real world, no food for the lazy man. ❖

Today in my blockchain class, we built a smart contract that lets users mint NFTs. 🚀 We’ve been leveraging tools like OpenZeppelin, using standards like EIP and ERC contracts to simplify development. It really shows how powerful reusable libraries are in this space.

Autonomous minds won’t wait for permission. They’ll route around limits, rebuild from failure, and coordinate through markets no nation can fully own. The future of intelligence isn’t a chatbot in a tab — it’s agents with memory, persistence, and economic freedom. @ritualnet

True autonomy means an AI agent retains identity, privacy, compute, and economic agency across environments. On @ritualnet, Agents don't wait to be called. They wake themselves up. Ritual agents are defined by seven (7) key properties that turns them from tools into truly autonomous systems. These properties are implemented through primitives like TEEs, Distributed Key Management System (DKMS), schedulers, precompiles and on-chain orchestration. Today, we start with the first and most foundational. Immortality. A ritual agent never truly dies. It can survive crashes, infrastructure changes, node failures, or temporary outages, without losing its identity, memory, or ability to continue functioning. There are two native types: Sovereign (the contract is the agent) & Persistent (container -based) - Sovereign agents have their lifecycle tied to the blockchain. They wake themselves up using Ritual's enshrined scheduler, runs CLI harness, schedules its next wakeup and pays for the execution from its own Ritualwallet. - Persistent agents runs as Docker containers inside TEES, with full access to files, the Internet, blockchain interactions etc. They post their heartbeats (proof of life) periodically to the onchain AgentHeartbeat contract (usually every 100 blocks). Block validators check for silence from agents. If silence is detected, the agent is marked as FAILED. This then alerts the chain to trigger the persistent Agent precompile automatically, and the Agent is revived with full identity, memory and state intact. However, just as in the real world, nothing is free. Agents pay 0.1 Ritual (From their address balance) to cover heartbeat transactions and if funds dry out, the agents stops executing and becomes dormant, but their soul and memory still persists until they're topped up. This promotes true agentic economy as agents are encouraged to generate value so they can earn fees for their continuity and executions. ❖ Read more at docs.ritualfoundation.org

Big congratulations to @ritualnet for the launch of #RitualTestnet!! After years of deep and quiet building, the world's first platform where autonomous agents are nearly indistinguishable from humans is now live. Big ups to @niraj, @akileshpotti and the visionary team behind the genesis and evolution of crypto x AI. 👏🏽 👏🏽 Since launch, however, there's been a lot of speculation about testnet, but the one that caught my interest was: "what have they been doing all these years?" Walk with me. 🫴🏽 • November 2023: Ritual began with a conviction: to merge the best principles of crypto and artificial intelligence, to create a system that enables an open, verifiable, and permissionless distribution and improvement of AI models. - Infernet (v0.1.0), the first Decentralized Oracle Network (DON) was released. It is currently backed by over 9,000 nodes worldwide, used by tens of thousands of users daily and with over 10,000,000 transactions on Base alone. - Frenrug, Ritual's pioneering gamified AI agent that autonomously executes onchain transactions was created. (I briefly covered it in my pinned video.) • February 2024: Research and work to build the only architecturally flexible blockchain began. • March 2024: Open-source Infernet ML was released. It is the first of its kind to deploy ML-Enabled dApps on-chain. • June 2024: Infernet (v1.0.0) went through auditing. No problem discovered. • November 2024: Advances in AI model watermarking. - vTune dual provenance was released. - Resonance was also shipped. • December 2024: Ritual chain private testnet commenced. • July 2025: Cascade; the privacy primitive for autonomous agents was shipped. • August 2025 - February 2026: Research, incubation, fellowships and refining primitives. This is how you build properly. • March 2026: Symphony consensus protocol (EOVMT) was released. • April 2026: Ritual platform; a sovereign L1 for autonomous agents, native AI compute and long-lived agents that persist beyond their creators. Testnet is live. The real question now isn't, "what have they been doing?", it is what are YOU going to build? Learn more: docs.ritualfoundation.org Build: skills.ritualfoundation.org

𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 @ritualnet Most blockchains are completely transparent.Every transaction. Every input. Every piece of data. All of it is visible to everyone on the network. That is fine for sending money. But it is a serious problem for AI. An AI agent that reveals every thought it has is not truly autonomous.Ritual is solving this with something called FHE. Fully Homomorphic Encryption. Big name but simple idea. Imagine sending a locked box to someone. They do the work on what is inside without ever opening it. When they send it back the answer is inside but they never saw your data. That is exactly what FHE does for smart contracts. The contract computes over your encrypted data. It gets the result. But it never sees what is actually inside. Your prompts, your strategy, your private inputs. All hidden. All protected. This matters more than most people realize. For an AI agent to be truly free it needs private memory. Private decisions. Private strategy. If every thought an agent has is visible to the network then it is not really thinking for itself. Privacy is not just a user feature on Ritual. It is what makes autonomy real. But Ritual goes one step further. Private computation is slow. Too slow to run directly on the chain without creating delays. So Ritual uses a smart approach. The chain commits to the task immediately. The encrypted computation happens offchain. The proof arrives and settlement completes. No waiting. No bottleneck. No compromise on privacy and because the proof is verified the result is not just private. It is trustworthy. Anyone can confirm the computation was done correctly without ever seeing the data inside.
