Usually used to deal with excess DHT (Dihydrotestosterones in the blood stream) but don't consume tea consistently for more than 6 weeks

Elderberry for example was the original ingredient for cough syrup then the recipe got bastardized for profits and the modern day cough syrups are mostly chemical and only suppresses symptoms and not clear them away

Spironolactone is an androgen blocker as is. The HRT part is more pricey depending on the amount of doses.
HRT was a thing since the 1950s and popularized today

But they deny that natural medicine is actually effective along with nutritional knowledge. Most illnesses' caused by a improper nutrition and diets

Phytoestrogens is plant estrogen but they have effects on the human body of course, but not to what they're looking for. They may need to speak to a dermatologist to get spironolactone if they want to commit, but that ain't cheap

Red meat tends to increase testosterone levels, spearmint tends to reduce it sharply by 50% in 3 days

If you want to naturally raise testosterone, ideally target herbal supplements such as Ashwaganda or Tongkat ali, or Shilajit and cold showers
