@AskPS_UK I just got charged for PSNow renewal even though I attempted to turn off auto renewal twice, and got an email from you saying my subscription was about to end, can you help me out?

@AskPS_UK I already tried that, I want my money back cause it said in the email that auto renewal was off, but then it just went ahead and auto renewed
