This actually violates the law. A company cannot hire based on which legal status to work a person has... So they are not allowed to insist it is H1B only , nor if they are a citizen only. They may ask that only people currently able to work in the US apply. They may state they sponsor or do not sponsor jobs. I will be reporting this one, great find!

I request access to and copies of all public records from January 1, 2020, through the date your office completes its final search, regarding Proposition 50, the June 2026 primary election, any last-minute plans or changes related to that election, and any full or partial voter files, voter registration data, voter roll data, VoteCal-related data, voter history data, redistricting data, mapping files, transfer logs, access logs, or related communications held, obtained, transmitted, analyzed, referenced, or retained by the Office of the Governor.
This includes emails, texts, instant messages, phone logs, meeting notes, memoranda, calendar entries, directives, instructions, drafts, attachments, metadata, reports, analyses, legal opinions, communications with the Secretary of State, county registrars, county election officials, legislators, legislative staff, consultants, vendors, contractors, political committees, outside counsel, federal officials, or any third party.
If any record is withheld or redacted, please identify the record, state the specific statutory basis for the withholding or redaction, and produce all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions.

• Standing with the “Progressive City & County Champions” alongside far-left figures like Dean Preston.
This is the same Janeese Lewis-George who supports ending MPD cooperation with ICE, backs expansive rent controls and “social housing,” and has aligned with the anti-Jewish wing of the left (refusing events that “promote Zionism,” early ceasefire calls, and staff ties to BDS-style content).
