Since i have been called out i will say yes subaruxrem is guaranteed endgame. However i also understand that right after this episode will be the most pro emilia point in time. So there is not really anything to say. Starting next cour and in future arcs subarems screen time will balance out and matach subaru and emilia. To the point where they stand equal.

I’m sorry but like Rem is one of my favorite characters in all of fiction and episode 18 is one of my favorite episodes in any medium period So I say this with 0 bias If you don’t like Emilia or Subaru and Emilia as a couple you are not a fan of ReZero or understand any of it

Since i talked about how i think Subarus love for Emilia is too fast paced for me, its only natural i talk about a love i think has the perfect balance. Which is Rems love for Subaru.
its important to understand even though Subaru and Rems relationships are mirrors that doesn't mean everything is the same. conceptually the start of Subaru is based on the theme of "love at first sight". Rems is based on the theme of "hate to Love."
