She said she clearly heard footsteps, the sound of utensils, and even saw the kitchen light turn on, so we both got up to check, but everything was completely still and exactly as we had left it. We tried to ignore it and went back to sleep, but in the morning when I went to the kitchen, one cup was kept out on the counter… and we both clearly remember putting everything away before sleeping.
