At the moment Alien Isolation games are primarily marketed towards "single player gamers"
Fans of your game will already turn up for the campaign (Myself included) but adding a 4v1 mode will bring in multiplayer gamers

@BrianAhlin You gave up any leverage in this situation by admitting you didn’t inspect the card. Had you hypothetically *not* done that, I think the move is to call their bluff let them know the card met eBay’s NM standards, then tell them you don’t do partial refunds but they can return it.

Just made a sale on eBay and the buyer, after receiving the card, said that they “estimate” that the card would receive an 8 grade therefore I should not have listed it as “near mint or better”. Apparently there was a small mark on the backside of the card (which I did not notice). They now want to return the card or make a claim about it and told me that I need to reevaluate my selling process.
For the record, this card sold for $14. What is everyone’s thoughts?
