@hms1193 All the 170W CPUs are specifically designed for water cooling, so this is normal behaviour

AMD showed +48/+41% improvement over 5950X/12900K.
So this seems to be a bug or thermal throttling because the leaker does say he can't get it to run under 100C without AIO cooling. He used an air-cooler.
