Fasthosts Support

Our main account @Fasthosts has fallen victim to the X Age Verification process. (Twitter thinks we were too young when we opened it.) Briefly this account had the same issue, but has been sorted quicker. We are now back to normal providing support on this account.

@FHTechTeam Hi Team, our N-Able Mail Assure product no longer works because your mail servers are filtering messages that should not be filtered. Are you aware?

@FHTechTeam cannot access emails via Outlook desktop but can access them on the web. Are there any current issues? Cannot sync.

@FHTechTeam Emails wont update on my mobile device Desktop email is working fine now, using Port110 for incoming mail, but my mobile device that uses Port995 still isn't Cant change the security type on Server Settings either so can't try connecting to Port 110 instead either

@FHTechTeam Scrub that. DKIM looks fine, not sure why emails are failing authentication.

Hi @FHTechTeam, are you currently having issues with DKIM? All of a sudden some of my emails are being rejected as unauthenticated. DKIM not verifying via 3rd party tools.
