I ran into Target for just a few minutes and came back to find my car being towed from a disabled parking spot. No warning. No ticket. Just straight to a tow truck and a very expensive afternoon. Everything escalated way faster than I ever expected. Be honest... should there be a warning first, or is towing immediately fair?
