Brighter Blooms plant nursery's annual tulip festival returns at the weekend. With 20,000 tulips on show, they aim to raise money for charities like Preston's Rosemere Cancer Foundation. For gardener and founder, Matthew Smith, tulips have always been a big part of spring.
