Sadly my mum passed away last week after a short illness. This is her shop which she left behind, a rare independent clothes store that stood the test of time, almost 40 years! A real gem. Today we’ve had to take the difficult decision to close it down. End of an era 😞

@thetimes I’ve had a VW e-Golf for 3 years (leased). Now the charging cable doesn’t work. VW won’t take my word for it but are unable to test it. Spent days in the service centre with no resolution. I have to use a 3 pin plug. They’ ve built the cars but they don’t know how to service them

@UKVolkswagen My e-Golf has a faulty charging cable. VW doesn’t have the facility to test the cable so it’s been stuck at your dealership for 3 days! In the meantime I don’t have a car. Appalling service. If you sell EVs maybe make sure you can service them?
