NH is the 7th highest per capita in spending on K-12 education in the USA. NH's NAEP is 4th highest in the country. They are getting their College Prep in high school. College isn't supposed to be Advanced Special Ed. IQ isn't a purity mark, it just tells people how cost efficient training you will be, in other words, how well you can think. 50 years of college wouldn't change your IQ.
