SCOTUS Dropped 4 Key Opinions Today (June 25, 2026) – End-of-Term Action Big day at the Supreme Court. Here’s the quick breakdown: • Wolford v. Lopez (6-3, Alito): Strikes down Hawaii restrictions on licensed concealed carry on private property open to the public (no express owner permission needed). Big Second Amendment win reinforcing post-Bruen rights for stores, restaurants, etc. Reversed & remanded. • Monsanto v. Durnell (7-2, Kavanaugh): Federal pesticide law preempts state failure-to-warn lawsuits against Roundup where EPA approved the label. Limits massive litigation wave. Thomas concurred; Jackson + Gorsuch dissented. Reversed. • Mullin v. TPS exists to protect people when it is unsafe for them to return home. Many of our Haitian neighbors sought refuge in our region when their homeland became unsafe. Today’s decision is going to rip up communities across this country—communities just like mine in New Jersey. For Trump, that's the point. We can’t ignore who these TPS terminations target, the bigotry is so blatant, and a court allowing it doesn't erase that.

🚨 SUPREME COURT HANDS TRUMP A HUGE WIN ON DEPORTATIONS!
SCOTUS just cleared the way for the Trump administration to end Temporary Protected Status for ~350,000 Haitians.
A federal judge had blocked it, calling it “cruel” and even smearing officials as racist. But the Court said enough — deportations can move forward.
Reminder from the border chaos in Del Rio 2021: Thousands showed up under the bridge. Many weren’t even coming straight from Haiti, they were living in Chile, Peru, Brazil, discarding passports and IDs to game the system.
No more abusing protections. America’s laws matter.
Trump is restoring order at the border one win at a time!

New Jersey is suffering an absolute economic hemorrhage, and Trenton is driving the exodus.
New IRS data reveals NJ has bled a staggering $48.25 BILLION in taxable income since 2004 as residents and businesses flee our crushing tax structure. Just last year, another $2.8 billion walked out the door to states like Florida and Pennsylvania.
When you boast the highest corporate tax rate in America (11.5%), this is what happens: large employers like Samsung pack up their headquarters and move to Texas, taking massive wealth, top talent, and jobs with them.
NJ Dems never consider tax rate cuts to compete regionally or nationally. You cannot tax a state into prosperity. We are actively funding the growth of lower-tax states while leaving Jersey taxpayers to hold the bag for an unsustainable fiscal model.
Enough is enough. It’s time to stop the bleeding, reform the tax code, and make NJ affordable again. 🛑📉
