It’s been Over a Month since @MTNNG @MTN180 mounted these F@ke stuffs in my location and Recently their marketers started walking around the neighbourhood and telling Us that the @mtnFiber fibrenet can now be Installed! I specifically asked this Young lady - the so called marketter to confirm and she Lied to me that they already have people in my location that has been successfully done - and she kept pestering my life day and Night for me to Register. Eventually After much disturbance, I said Okay, let’s give it a try - I paid for the 100Mbps and she told me the Installer will reach out to me. Now after 78hours, the Installer reached out - Very Nice lady and team and they came around, Only to find out that the Mounted FIDs (if I remember correctly) are not working. That the OLT something something…. My Issue is Now, the Marketer is no longer picking her calls, I have dailed 217 but as Usual those ones will lie to you that your issue will be resolved in the next 24hrs, please tell me how you want to correct a mounted FID or FIP in 24hrs??? Please @MTNNG @MTN180 just refund, I should’ve followed the cue from @offshoda experience and avoided you guys. Your marketers are terrible, when they need you, they are all friendly and all, buy when you’re gotten, they become hostile and witches!
