A lot of people cheering this on, but they misunderstand the ruling. It means ISPs aren't held liable, it does not mean they will stop cutting access. I'd guess ISPs will start to charge copyright holders to throttle voluntarily, which they can do. No Net Neutrality.

ISPs just aren't held liable by copyright holders, this does not mean ISPs will stop being assholes and cut you off anyway.
