Just got an uber, lovely chap from Bangladesh. Lives in a council flat in zone 1, but he's on a waiting list for a bigger place.
I earn six figures and I grew up in the UK, I can't afford a zone 1 flat with 2 beds like his.

Demographic time bomb is cemented so diaspora jews are disenfranchising nonwhites to protect Israel. Watch mid terms turn out well for Republicans

In Israel all citizens are equal under the law, the law system is very progressive, in my opinion too much progressive.

A reminder that a very simple proof exists that landlording is not easy money:
1. Millions and millions of middle and upper middle class American households have the financial resources required to own rental property
2. They almost universally do not choose to do so
3. None of those people would turn down easy money
4. Therefore, landlording is not easy money

A judge is angry with a guy who has NINETY criminal convictions because he says he is caucasian, not indigenous, so he can't get a racial sentencing discount that he is not seeking!
