Starting to think that having an ~infinite number of cheap drones is just as powerful as having nukes. Plus, they have the added advantages of being quickly replenishable, undetectable/regulatable by agencies like the IAEA, and are a fraction of the cost.

@JasonrShuman Many of the PEs and strategics we work with that are rolling up trades are spending a lot of money on internal trade schools. They need their own proprietary pipeline, and they need to be able to retrain/uptrain new techs brought in from outside. And backlogs continue to grow.

@TheStalwart It's more nuanced than that. International law exists in the same way insider trading laws exist. The laws exist for some, but not for all, based on who they are/their position of power. So the laws exist for some, but not for all, which makes them more theory than law.

@Geo_papic Maybe a stupid question, but why is it so difficult for the US Navy to "unclose" the Strait? Is it too risky to get close quarters with Iran Navy + drones or the use of Iranian fast boats? Also, your B-52 as an NFL team using a tight end as a RB metaphor was beautiful.

I want to correct something I said last night. The bombs thrown in New York City over the weekend by ISIS inspired attackers was thrown into a crowd of anti-Muslim protestors and not specifically targeted at Mayor Mamdani. That wording was inaccurate and I didn’t catch it ahead of time. I apologize for the error.
