@HuddleInsurance is it normal for your claims staff to suggest for policy holders to chase after the at-fault driver’s insurer rather than going through huddle? This was suggested to me today and was told that my claim is likely to incur cost even though I’m not at fault. 🤔

@HuddleInsurance I need to speak to you asap regarding my hire car that expires today but there’s no appointments available. The car hire company want the car back unless you authorise an extension. This is a joke that I can’t speak to someone

@HuddleInsurance Out of the country and received my renewal but huddle no longer has a contact number. To book an appointment you need an active Australian mobile number. Therefore because I am out of the country I cannot contact you and you cannot contact me. Not acceptable!
