BREAKING: Labor is halving the fuel excise which will reduce the cost of petrol and diesel by 26.3c per litre. The Albanese Government will halve the fuel excise for three months from April and cut the Heavy Vehicle Road User Charge to zero to help with the cost of living. This is on top of boosting fuel supply, supporting our domestic refineries, empowering the ACCC with bigger penalties for misconduct, and strengthening international supply chains.
