@younghavok Whenever I play an open world game and I get hit with an invisible wall on something like a tiny hill I feel rage.
The freedom to literally go ANYWHERE was a blessing and a curse 💀

I think what botw, and to a greater extent Totk, nailed that separates them from other open world games is traversal. I haven’t played a game with traversal as seamless as what they offer. it makes exploration feel better at a gameplay level.

In a lot of ways BOTW & TOTK have ruined open world games for me now.
Over the last few months I went back and played Skyrim, RDR1 and Witcher III, games I used to love but I can't get past a few hours before I'm insanely bored.
Has anyone else had this problem?

This game moves so quick. First Sun is meta, now nobody plays Zard Y. Floette is meta, she's dropping. Incineroar most used, now Sneasler on top. There are so many people playing, matches firing, that the meta is shifting day by day. It's kinda insane.

@JoeMerrick I’m actually enjoying the limited pool and limited items right now to make it more accessible for new players.
VP needs to multiply the higher rank you are, it staying at 300 in masters is ridiculous.
A Switch 2 patch is necessary at this point. The visuals are still poor.

We're a week into Pokémon Champions so how's everyone feeling?
I'm not as harsh on it as I was on launch but I still think the item pool is trash and the VP situation is far worse than most players seem to realise, but in time you'll see it. The bugs also suck.
