INTERESTING NOTE of a brand new law you might not be aware of in Ireland: The current mechanism is a representative action under the Representative Actions for the Protection of the Collective Interests of Consumers Act 2023, which allows designated Qualified Entities to bring cases on behalf of groups of consumers. The Act was commenced on 30 April 2024. Under this Irish system, a Qualified Entity can ask the High Court for:
an injunction to stop unlawful conduct,
a redress measure, such as compensation, repair, replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or reimbursement,
or both, depending on the case.
This means "lets find a few more you have done this to" and gather togather in a good old class action suit. That would go through, for this type of discrimination and racism combine with child endangerment by the
