This is the real answer.
Performing well at locals translating into bonuses at "the big one" every year was awesome.
Yes there's problems, but they're no worse than people inflating companion numbers or homie scoops.

@ChironTheMage Bring back Planeswalker points. You should be able to qualify just by consistently doing well at locals, playing bigger events, doing well at those, and showing a consistent performance over time. RCQs feel awful if you don't exactly win them.

@Ivan_Draw_Go I legit dont get how can a tournament like this be a 2-slotter. Where I live rcqs are regularly 30-40 players and never 2s. Mtgo has 600 players for 1 slot. What am I missing

@RubenDS_TMT @fireshoes Greeter gives us more velocity with superior spider man and helps hit those land drops. The deck doesn't always want to combo so having 5 or 6 mana for the elementals is important. The saga felt clunky to me. Mostly cut it for curve considerations.

Lost the finals of the standard challenge. Great way to end the year with back to back top cuts. I'm convinced that blue is better in the deck despite beating the simic version a bunch. The craterhoof deck crushed me. Twice... @fireshoes
