Hot take, but I hope GTA VI is $80, so that if any other company attempts to price their game at $80 or above, they are met with a flood of “you think this is worth as much as GTA?” in every comment section. Might set an unspoken price cap for another half decade.

@Rid_DVNC @PopCrave Nah, the reboot is actually pretty good. Most reboots are pretty trash, but I felt this new season kept a lot of the vibe from the original but updated. It was actually pretty refreshing.

It's funny. I feel like most games have the casual/hardcore rift, and Destiny especially dealt with this, and yet, kind of like the move from D1 to D2, Bungie seems allergic to retaining the lessons of the past. I don't want Marathon to fail, but it's exhausting watching them relearn the same lessons over and over and over.

To add to this, the current consensus is that Pokémon Winds & Waves will be a late 2027 release. The games are already complete content-wise (according to @Mootmonthly) and the delay is mostly for optimization and just waiting for Switch 2 install base to grow a bit.
