@MightyMog80 Cinematically speaking, yes. If by “insane” you just wait for a button prompt then sure. XVI is a fun game with no replayability. They relied on technology to give beautiful cinematics to cover their loss of technical expertise in designing real rpg fights.

Jason Schreier said that almost every major studio is already using generative AI tools behind the scenes, especially Claude from Anthropic. He was replying to a fresh interview with Jack Buser, Google Cloud’s Global Director for Games. “I think what players don’t realise is that their favourite games right now were already built with AI. @RealEmirHan Edward Norton didn’t really personify Bruce Banner though. Mark was able to capture the shy, distant, mad scientist. Edward Norton did a great hulk action movie but he wasn’t Banner. People dislike mark now for political reasons. He’s still the better choice.

Edward Norton was so into The Incredible Hulk that he rewrote and reworked many parts of the script. He basically made Hulk what he was all along: badass and powerful. Marvel didn’t like how much control he wanted. Norton said: “I laid out a two-film thing: The origin and then the idea of Hulk as the conscious dreamer, the guy who can handle the trip. And they were like, ‘That’s what we want!’ As it turned out, that wasn’t what they wanted. But I had a great time doing it."

@xpedronickson If it had come out 20 years ago maybe. The issue so many took wasn’t that it’s a bad game, it’s a really fun game. But it was empty. It’s like they did half a game and tried to fill in the rest. It’s that they had the capability to really deliver but they didn’t.
