@MTulk @SheppardNoah14 @VOCMNEWS Who the fuck has money for a new vehicle, the rebate was put in for the rich and well off to save money in their new purchase virtue. The working poor gets fuck all and told to stop being poor. Please point me to a EV that someone who needs a car can afford.

@SheppardNoah14 @VOCMNEWS they need to be 150-250kw chargers or it will be useless. 1 car will clog a charger for 1 hr or more.

@RichardWhalen @SheppardNoah14 @VOCMNEWS You obviously have not done your research. Newer vehicles coming out now combined with the rebates they are comparable in price to its gas version. Is supply still an issue? Definitely. But you do not need to be rich to own one and definitely not to operate one. Do your homework!

@BicycleNL @CityofStJohns Always thought this would be an awesome idea for NLESD and the school community to put on that huge piece of property next to Macdonald elementary and junior high schools. Encourage more kids to bike to school then use them after school in such a residential area.

@VOCMNEWS I don’t know why someone doesn’t build student housing on the old sites of the long term care facilities on Portugal Cove Road? More central for multiple campuses, close enough to walk but still on bus routes and services plus has its own parking.
