@BBCr4today Mum in Aberdeenshire, 80 electric wheelchair bound. For 4 days no heat, no hot food, no hot water & no means of charging her electric chair. She had to rely on neighbours to bring hot water bottles, blankets, drinks and hot food. No social care help or intervention!
