You take contract with these ones at your own risk. I did the same i canceled my contract because they were billing me extra for things they alleged that i subscribed to, fortunately i had funds to settle the contract and cancel it, they later refunded as i had disputed subscribing to Add-Ons and after refunding me they just decided to continue debiting my account 🤧😪 i had to reverse R30 debits every month ! Telkom is very corrupt.

I cancelled my contract two years ago. You kept billing me until I reversed the debit orders. You refused to admit your failure to cancel it. Now you’ve handed my account over and I’m getting calls? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? I don’t owe you!! @TelkomZA
