German Paratroopers in Brutal 9-Hour Firefight – Kunduz, Afghanistan 2010 Raw footage from Golf Platoon, 313th Parachute Battalion (Seedorf), shows intense combat against Taliban fighters near Kunduz in late October 2010. 32 German soldiers were cut off and fought for 9 hours under heavy fire. The enemy suffered at least 20 dead. On the German side, several were lightly wounded, but three ultimately did not return home. English subtitles available in settings.

OTO Melara ATAK-35 anti air platform, this prototype was made during the 1980’s. OTO had hoped the Italian Army would buy the system after testing, since they lacked modern AA at the time. Sadly no orders would be placed, real shame considering how useful these systems are today.
