Hi @MoHFW_INDIA, How can you let these @MetropolisLab operate with 0 responsibility and accountability to anyone? Biopsy report was suppose to be shared on 18th Mar. Today is 20th March and they still have no clue. We can’t begin with any treatment without the report

Such Scary terrifying experience I thought @MetropolisLab could be trusted,and have earlier never faced such an issue. My annual checkup this year @MetropolisLab gave extremely inaccurate reports maybe switched vials & refuse to acknowledge/revert/ resolve issue

It took 3 days for @MetropolisLab to issue an #invoice for tests done and paid in #advance only. #reports arrived though totally inaccurate and no bill on my #mailid for 3 days I had to call/mail ,finally a senior Mr.Suraj came oncall and ensured till 10.40pm bills recd
