Zach Edey had 37 and 10 v UConn in the 2024 title game. Hurley let Edey do what he wanted but shut the water off for everyone else. The entire rest of the team had 23 points. Wonder if he’s going to take a similar approach with Boozer.

@MostlyHoopsShow You just need to watch the second half & look at the box score. Hopkins & Mitchell played perfect in the second half (both 6-7 from the field, 100% from 3), helping put SJU up 10 points. Unless you’re subbing Prey for Zuby, there just wasn’t a path for playing time.

As long as #duke PG Caleb Foster didn’t have any setback overnight, the expectation is he will play tonight against @StJohnsBBall . Crazy- less than 3 weeks from surgery! I wouldn’t expect a lot of minutes but having his experience and leadership out there is huge.

Surprised that beach towns in NYC aren't more posh. Here's a 2-bed in Coney Island, new building, for $3,600/month. A nice 2-bed in Wiliamsburg is ~$7,000. In Coney you're 45 minutes from Brooklyn, 50 to Manhattan; not that different from ~Astoria. Except...the ocean and beach right there. Shouldn't there be patio cafes, restaurants, luxe hotels all around. And rents that are 2x. Why not?

Crazy story at yesterdays @Mets game - Guy in section 121 had a heart attack and his wife started frantically yelling for help or a doctor or nurse to come over - One random guy in the section who said he was neither started doing chest compressions and saved the mans life. Eventually paramedics showed up to take over and assist the fallen man. The hero went back to his seat, sat down and watched the rest of the game with zero fanfare or attention. He just wanted to watch the Mets win. When the game ended he walked out like nothing had happened. Don't know his name but he saved a mans life and is a hero.
