Extenuating circumstances deserve to be considered-he’s not asking a lot. What do YOU have to lose anyway?

Really disappointed in the customer service from @AmericanAir. As a loyal AAdvantage member, I explained family circumstances and asked for a one-time exception on a flight credit that expired a couple months ago. denied at every level. Losing the full amount over this is tough.

I’m not saying I don’t agree with SOME of the #RockHall2026 class of inductees, but I’m so disappointed the fan voting doesn’t carry more weight. @INXS deserved to be in the Hall a lot more than Oasis. All that to say, I’m streaming INXS songs all day in protest! 👎@rockhall
