Clarke @MurrayClarkeLab & team @Cambridge_Uni find common #CHIP mutations produce distinct sex-dependent effects on atherosclerosis and differentially affect macrophage cytokines and clonal expansion, arguing against a common mechanism across CHIP: doi.org/10.1172/jci.in… The images show atherosclerosis in male and female mice transplanted with 10% Tet2+/-.
