What a wonderful way to celebrate spring and the decades-long friendship between the Dutch and Canadians. Eighty years after Canadian troops liberated the Netherlands from Nazi occupation, the Dutch continue to celebrate by handing out thousands of free tulips at Nathan Phillips Square. Thank you! 🌷 They’ll be there until 5 PM today — or until the tulips run out.
