@OhFuada Hi, the dispatch label was dispatched from our offices with the address you list on the online form. As per USPS the envelope made it to the city you live in .

@PassportIRL you sent my passport to USA without any address or name on the package, only a zip code. Now my passport is lost in the USPS system. I need to get a new one sent but your phone line is permanently on the automated message and the webchat box permanently grey

@PassportIRL Hello, USPS said it made it to the city because all that was on the package was a zip code, it had no name or address, so now the package is lost in their system. Should I just apply for a new passport and state that passport as lost?
