i had $57,000 in debt
I got it removed for $0
no bs, no joke
took only 51 days
everyone told me "just pay it off" or "hire a credit repair company"
both options are for suckers who don't know the law
Here's the method that makes experian panic:
There's a method called "605(b) Sweeps" that deletes bankruptcies, collections, and charge-offs in 30-45 days with an 80%+ success rate
Here's how it actually works:
Section 605(b) of the FCRA says bureaus must verify disputed information within 30 days or delete it. The trick is they verify through "data furnishers" , aka the original creditors
But most creditors sold your debt years ago. They don't have the records. They legally can't verify because the documentation doesn't exist anymore
So you don't send goodwill letters begging them to forgive you…
You send Method of Verification requests demanding they prove every data point: the original signed agreement, payment history, account terms, everything
They can't produce documents they don't have. Unverified = deleted by law
The 605(b) Sweep sequence:
Week 1: Send MOV letters to all three bureaus (certified mail, return receipt)
Week 2: Freeze the shadow bureaus (LexisNexis, SageStream, Innovis, ARS, ChexSystem) These are the "snitches" that verify your bad credit behind the scenes. Freeze them and bureaus get "unable to verify" responses
Week 3: Wait for the panic. They have 30 days to verify. Clock is ticking
Week 4-6: Watch items fall off because they couldn't verify through frozen sources
I've seen Chapter 7 bankruptcies deleted in 43 days using this. $90,000 in collections gone in 51 days. All because the original creditors couldn't produce a wet signature from 2014
Goodwill letters = begging 605(b) Sweeps = demanding your legal rights
Fair warning- this is very very greyhat and legality may depend on the state… Do everything at your own risk
