@themancalledroy @FSKPart3 hate to hear it that way but the statement is undeniable. i think Koenig’s and Hayes’ final two years is definitely a much longer discussion.

@FSKPart3 It is a very GOOD take. You cannot call them close to blue bloods when they haven't made it out of hte first week of the tourney the last 9 years. Gard hasn't made it at all other than with the remnants of a FF team.

@FSKPart3 Damn, a lot of homers chiming in without looking at facts. UW has done less with MORE in the tournament than many mid majors. Regular season in the grand picture is irrelevant. Same group of Homer's is probably fine with lack of post season Brewers success cuz Central Champs

@FSKPart3 I think what he’s trying to say is that UW has close to the same chance of winning a chip as a mid major does. Fact is UW will never win conf champ, tourney or compete for nat champ in either sport. Won’t get players won’t pay won’t get coaches =‘s competitive but never #1.

@FSKPart3 I hate it but the data tracks…they have success in the dance similar to mid majors… Now mid majors arent getting Boyd’s, Storrs, Tonje type players transferring in… So if it’s not the players, then what is it? Coaching

@espnhomer Except for Gard’s Wisconsin teams. Supporting Greg Gard at this point is the perfect badger fan move. It’s like being satisfied with Wisconsin football winning 8 to 10 games per year. While enjoyable you still end up in the cuck chair watching someone else finish the job.

If any team Wisconsin beat wins the natty, Badger Boomers will use it as a defense for Greg Gard, and that will magically absolve his pathetic March Madness record
