@portsmouthtoday @MattJames355 Hi, we have received the following response from the team - we have asked the housing depot to sweep the area as soon as possible and asked a waste officer to check the bung on the bottom of the bin, as this often causes loose glass to fall through onto the highway, many thanks

@portsmouthtoday yet again shards of glass left all over the pavement with lid left open, opposite a field where people walk their dogs and right outside an infant school! I have reported this issue numerous times & you do nothing about it!!!!

@PCC_Help @portsmouthtoday @colasportsmouth Thanks for a reply. I didn’t report this as someone beat me to it on FixMyStreet. But it’s an awful road surface running from the bus gate to city shops north. Particularly very bad outside the Cascades. To avoid the worst of it, you have to keep right and go very slow

@portsmouthtoday @colasportsmouth — Just wondering, is there any update on Charlotte Street? as the road surface is so poor and bumpy - has the potential to damage buses and slow down journeys. It’s so unlike P’mouth to have roads like this? We’re pretty lucky compared to HCC

@portsmouthtoday lots of tweets over the lst yr or so the glass bottle bins & the area around it is covered in broken glass-these bins r nxt 2 old ppl homes, schools & dog walks! When emptied the workers just leave all broken glass on the pavement!I a meeting with sum1 2 discuss!

@PCC_Help colas bin bags left at the top end of westover road baffins for nearly a week now. And the bin at the start of the road has no bin bag.

@portsmouthtoday my food recycling bin hasn’t been collected for the second week in a row. And in this heat you can imagine what is in it. Is there a problem that I’m unaware of?

@PCC_Help @portsmouthtoday Yet again they have just emptied the bottle bins, loads of glass smashed all over the path and road, the put the bin back in it's place and left!!! This is becoming a joke now - I want a proper reply, more than just 'your comments have been passed to relevant department"!!!!

@portsmouthtoday something needs to be done urgently with regards to glass bottle bins & the amount of broken glass around them! I'm not talking just tiny bits of glass. Either somehow attach a brush to the bins or get the Street cleaners to brush round then 3 or 4 times a day
