@sargentsaber @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest That doesn't explain SBET is so undervalued, from your perspective, versus BMNR, when by your logic it's a better company. I'm going to leave this here, and note, I did it without insulting you or your intelligence. Try it some time.

@PaintedIn @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest You have to understand the basic principle of a DAT. During bearish times mnav will be low and mnav will be high during optimism times. It’s common sense. It’s a leveraged bet on the asset so higher highs and lower during the lows. Mnav will skyrocket when Eth rises again.

@sargentsaber @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest Market sentiment and chart structure are what matter. It doesn't matter if the shareholder owns a smaller slice of the pie; if the share price goes up or down, all shareholders gain/suffer proportionally.

@PaintedIn @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest You get an even smaller slice of the pie so that larger revenue number is irrelevant. The lower mnav is strictly driven by market sentiment which tom Lee has “hype” instead of actual fundamentals. I’d argue sbet management is more disciplined and productive as well

@PaintedIn @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest You can still back it down to basic math of revenue per share. A. 10 total shares of company making $100 should be worth $10 each share for 1/1. B. 100 shares of company making $1000 is still $10 each share for 1/1. Buying a share is ownership of company.

@sargentsaber @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest I didn't say those factors didn't matter, just that the market values revenue too, which BMNR makes significantly more of than SBET, to say nothing of their other investments. Out of curiosity, why do you think SBET is so far beneath mNAV?

@PaintedIn @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest Bro you have to be joking…. Share price is entirely determined by market cap based off the Eth concentration and mnav. The revenue is entirely driven by staking as well which sbet does the exact thing and makes the same percentage. You clearly have no clue what your talking bout

@sargentsaber @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest I understand those are your priorities. I care about share price, not ETH per share. If I wanted ETH I'd buy it or ETHA. The market values revenue, among other things. SBET's dwindling dollar volume traded is very concerning too.

@PaintedIn @kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest You realize the only metrics that matter at the end of the day is Eth per share and mnav. Bmnr can make more but they have a way higher share count so it’s irrelevant. If I put $100 into sbet and $100 in bmnr. I would own more Eth by buying sbet. It’s simple basic math tbh

@kodyjs20 @TheLongInvest I mean think logically. Bmnr isn’t going to raise Eth per share anymore and also trades at a higher premium than sbet. Sbet is severely undervalued at roughly .75 mnav. In my opinion there management team is 10 times better as well. They just arnt flashy like tom Lee

@BMNRBullz he talks a lot about staking yield and $1MM per day. It would take 16 years for BMNR to cover its losses at $1MM per day

🚨 TOM LEE SAYS BITMINE MAY SLOW THE PACE OF $ETH BUYING. “Gonna slow down our pace of buying… because there’s other things to be doing in crypto right now.” That matters. Not because the thesis changed, but because the strategy may be expanding beyond pure accumulation. 🔹 More capital deployment 🔹 More crypto opportunities 🔹 More active treasury strategy 🔹 ETH stack already massive Bitmine already built one of the largest Ethereum positions on earth. Now the focus may be shifting toward what to do with that scale. $BMNR $ETH

@TheSkayeth ETHBTC crushed, daily oversold now. Should be a relief bounce this week, hopefully once BTC and ETH finish LTF consolidation.

$ETH is killing me, but the BIG move is coming. ➼ Price is bouncing above the golden support. ➼ Price is above the base and confirmation lines. If things move as expected, $3600+ by June. $BMNR to $40+. Don't let red days scare you. This will move fast.

Im telling you all this is manipulation by bad actors who don't want to see Ethereum do well without them.- They almost only short ethereum:native when BTC goes up.

$ETH is not playing with us but they are playing with $ETH.- As you can see #Ethereum SHORTS are in range since October 2023, price is being artificially suppressed with paper $ETH meanwhile fundamentals+ deflation+available supply at lows+staking+institutional staking are optimal.- with April 2025 untouch When the supply shock finally becomes unstoppable and demand overwhelms these manipulative bad actors (including exchanges with their tokens), #ethereum FOMO will be something spectacular.-

The predominant pattern here is still very much a bear flag, and now Bitcoin is at the top of the channel, the point where people start to question whether the bottom is in. Some quick stats: Current bear flag time: 86 Days Longest bear flag time (since Nov 2021): 100 Days Total bear flags: 7 It's typical to see these flags finally break to the downside after the second major retest of the top of the channel, which is happening now.

@Badie912 @WallStSultan I'm happy with the current pace. We need 2-3 more waves of mNAV expansion to achieve that amount of capital raise though, short of a true breakout. Might be doable under the former scenario in 8-9 weeks.

$bmnr now has 5.18 million $eth tokens. How many $eth do they need to get to 5% and how much would that cost in usd at $2500 per $eth 5% of 120.7 million ETH = 6,035,000 Additional ETH needed = 855,000 At $2,500 per ETH, that would cost $2.1375 billion They would need approximately $1.4375 billion more in additional funding (beyond their $700 million cash). Currently buying about 100k $eth a week. This puts us at around 8.5 weeks to 5% July 3rd!! I don't like these numbers, I love these numbers!!
