I'm giving my product exactly one month to make money or I'm selling it 😆 Zero patience here, so what do you do when a project just isn't clicking? - Keep grinding - Pivot fast - Cut your losses I've dropped a blog with 35 topics that actually solve real problems 🔥 I've rebooted text-based marketing and I'm hitting niche Facebook groups hard. It's a genuinely solid platform for freelancers and contractors (yes I'm biased but it's true 😉). I've poured my heart into this thing. 115 users onboard, about 30% creating invoices every single month. But here's the reality check. It's been pre-revenue since January and now it either starts paying for itself or someone else gets to take the wheel 🫡 How do you even price something like that?

If someone finds bugs on your site without you asking and then hints at payment, do you pay them? Asking because my guilt levels are through the roof right now 😅 Like... I appreciate the help but also didn't ask for it? Does that make me a bad person lol

My first 6 years as a startup founder: - Failed with 4+ startups - Ran out of money multiple times & had $15K credit card debt - Was rejected by Y Combinator 8 times - Got 200+ rejections from investors My last year as a startup founder: - Got into a16z @speedrun & raised $18M - Moved to SF & got O1 thanks to @tmhammer & @lighthousehq_ - Scaled Rork to #1 AI mobile app builder in the world The average journey to a $1B company takes 10 years. I’m on year 7. Keep building.

30 of the 70 companies in our last @speedrun batch had founders born outside the US and if we keep doing our job – and we will – that number is only going up: * founders building products + teams internationally * builders stuck in an H-1B job ready to accelerate their slope * students here on F-1 who are ready to take a shot at their startup idea Speedrun Global Founders is our answer >> our end-to-end approach to guiding founders through visas, customs, housing, banking, and building local SF community, while enabling founders from all over the globe to participate in Speedrun we also have the coolest hat in venture - maybe thats a lame flex, but i honestly challenge you to show me better vc drip you might catch a few of our founders wearing them today. come through Global Founders and I’ll bring you one 🫡 -apply below my friends-

Overthinking lately. I see people running multiple products, multiple income streams… and I’m here with one idea, still unstable, still figuring things out. It makes money, but not enough to feel safe. And I can’t drop it to start something new either. Feels stuck sometimes.

Day 54. High rise in Florida. Porsche 911 GT3RS in the garage. Waking up knowing the work I put in at 17 is what made it possible. Every kid my age wants this. That's not what sets anyone apart. What sets you apart is actually doing something about it while everyone else just talks. Spoke to a friend in the gym today and he said "Man I gotta win the lottery or something". I won't need that. I'm not waiting until I'm older to start. I already started. 🌊

Worst part about building solo: you ship something genuinely useful and nobody sees it.

iOS app live!!!!!! 🎊🎊🎊🎊 First time adding subscriptions I was afraid they'd push back, but I got lucky I guess! Then it honestly took me more than 1 hour to figure out how to do offer codes...

Most devs think getting better at AI coding means better prompts... It doesn’t. It means building systems. This repo made me realize I was thinking about it wrong: → why your code breaks after step 1 → how to stop the model from going off track → how to get consistent outputs every time this is why some builds just work and others turn into a mess Repo in the comments ↓

The biggest lie devs still believe: “If I build something good enough, people will find it.” That used to work. It doesn’t anymore. AI made building faster. Not easier to win. Good products still matter. But they’re easier to copy now. What’s harder to copy is distribution and trust.
