@Portronics I recently made online purchase of a party speaker with a karaoke mic, which is covered by warranty. I tried claiming warranty for mic malfunction via the email process, but I’m only getting automated responses asking for the same requirements—even after submitting all the details. It’s extremely frustrating.

Highly disappointed with the warranty claim process of @Portronics. My Bubble 3.0 replacement was picked up via Shadowfax on Mar 12. Despite multiple follow ups, your team keeps replying with a generic "will dispatch in 2-3 days" template (Mar 13 & Mar 19). It has been nearly two weeks with zero real updates. Very disappointing @Portronics My replacement, Tkt ID: 1055931 was approved & I was instructed to destroy the product, which I did. Now it has been 7+ days & the replacement has still not been dispatched due to stock issues. I am left with no usable product. This is unacceptable.

hello @Portronics ordered two items(airlift solo and lithius cell) with order id 1040518 from your website on 12th mar. couldn't pick the delivery call of lithius cell as delivery person's mob no was shown as spam. Later on called that person within hour and he said he will deliver that day itself. He didn't deliver and today its been cancelled. the other item delivery is scheduled on 24th mar. Why is your delivery system so poor and irresponsible. do i need to wait 12 days to get a product...am totally dissatisfied...will never ever buy or refer ur products to any one....never expected this kind of hopeless service from portronics

@Portronics Hi. Absolute harresment from you and your team. Initially I bought a Bella 2 product which was faulty. When checked for replacement. My location wasn’t valid. I couriered my product back spending rs 150 extra from my pocket and then after a month.
