@Portronics So I went through the drill and Portronics scheduled a pickup but wanted the original box and its other contents. Well, this is not stuff I keep so after all the righteous clucking, they 'rejected' their headphones. So shall I. Don't buy Portronics. Lifespan <6 months.
Another pair of headphones, this time @Portronics Muff M6, bites the dust. Working fine (though extra bass, used only occasionally) on Friday, it died yesterday, won't stay switched on long enough to connect. Laptop cannot detect though phones still could.
@Portronics I appreciate polite customer support interactions, but repeated template responses without a real resolution timeline become frustrating — especially when the issue affects day-to-day work.
I hope @Portronics can provide a proper resolution and clearer communication going forwrd

@Portronics you should stop working with @BlueDart_ pathetic service. I was expecting a delivery yesterday and when I checked the system it showed C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address. Today Bluedart days RTO initiated by customer but I did not initiate. I'm at the location.

@amazonIN@Portronics Bought a Luxcell wireless powerbank in 2024. The battery has now started expanding from the sides and cracked the outer shell. Due to safety concerns, I stopped using it and disposed of it immediately to avoid any mishap. Please look into this issue urgently

@Portronics I had purchased a 65W charger adaptor in Nov. It stopped working a month ago. I has 6 months warranty and i Registered for warranty 15-20 days back. The last date of warranty is today. Again today I Registered. Theres no response as on date.
