@Voultar I never seen a picoboot install that clean, I still install the the regular way, long cables and fit it on the side. Those are for picoboot with a internal sd!

My friends, I've spent several hours servicing this jewel! The entire GameCube is loaded with features! Everything has been cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner and serviced. @PowerTechReview Awesome! Persistence pays off! In my particular case I'm severely visually impaired, otherwise I'd have kept trying. I'll practice on other (less hard to replace) electronics before I try something like that again. 😂

Please, I beg of you. If you don't know how to solder, please find someone to do it for you who can. And please, don't try to take food off of my table because you ruined a kit and expect a replacement on my dime. I'll help you the best that I can. But if you can't solder, don't.

@chronosv2 @RetroMyBits @Voultar Happend the same to me but with a psio, I damage a point and there's no video, well lesson learned, I got another ps1 and I did right the second time!

@RetroMyBits @Voultar I destroyed a PS1 trying to install an xStation. Had to desolder the quick solder board, left heat on it too long and I couldn't get anything to stick anymore. Replaced the PS1 and QSB, then tried again only for it to misalign. That's when I realized I needed a professional.

@vgfilducci @Voultar I have the same issue with one n64, seems to work for about 2 to 10 seconds, sometimes the audio is still playing but is frozen nonetheless, I tried cleaning it several times but no luck so far

@Voultar Fun fact, the retro repair tech confessed me after I found the problem that he even sent the console without telling me to one of Spain’s eminences in hardware restoration and modding, and he also could not make heads or tails about it.

My friends! Share and RT this tip! When restoring/refurbishing N64 hardware, please remember to decouple the cartridge connector and thoroughly clean! Don't be fooled by what appears to be a clean cartridge port. Have a great Sunday! Keep modding!

@Voultar Hey there! I have an n64 that I reboots itself after a couple of seconds, or the audio plays but with no video, I thought it was the cartridge slot but after a deep cleaning, still the same, any advice?

@MundoYakara hola, esta es una va2 de donde sale tierra? A su vez en el diagrama esta distinto para sacar 5v y tierra pero tiene un chip que tiene 5v y tierra puedo sacar de ahí? Y puedo sacar una sola tierra para todo desde ese chip? Gracias de antemano

@MundoYakara hola, en el mod de blueretro para genesis, en el model 2 es distinta la ubicación de ground en los mandos, puedo sacar un solo ground para todo desde donde marca para model 2 ?
