@Prudential What a hopeless inefficient organisation. Makes basic errors on PP monthly subs, takes 4 weeks to send a letter, no information on renewing dd. Takes 30 minutes before call answered. Then inable to send out dd form. What do you do?

@PruHelp This insurance company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have multiple policies through my employer. I've had an accident with confinement yet my claim remains partially completed. No notes by the adjuster and multiple empty unfulfilled promises.

@Prudential a company full of promises then zero delivery. You’ve received everything from my sister’s specialists. You have a fake ‘board’ of neurologists and paid-off puppets. Real experts would’ve seen my sister’s stroke as real. Her life is shattered.

I am Prudential customers. Your insurance salesperson has embezzled my insurance funds. I filed a complaint and it has now been four months without any resolution. I am very disappointed with service. I hope you can give me response. My case number is CR-25-11-26.@prudential

@PruHelp @morganpresley93 Honestly it’s embarrassing for your company at how they treat people. Who have actually paid for their benefits and are threatened and harassed. Non stop. In fact the city that paid yall these premiums should walk away asap. Shameful. Your employees need remedial training asap!

@Prudential I have a term life policy for 21 years never missed a payment - I just got a letter saying I missed 3 payments and the policy is cancelled. Not my fault - payments have always been pulled from my savings that always has more money than needed. Been trying to call for help!

@UHC I have a retiree medical reimbursement account through @Prudential. trying to do is seek reimbursement for a VALID pharmaceutical expense through @REMEDYMED. I submit and denied. I worked 24 years for this. @prudential do better. @UHC do better.
